• Voucher is valid from Mon 14 Jun 2021 until Fri 30 Jul 2021, Sun - Fri; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Excludes Saturdays.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 23 Jul 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Option 1: Stay in a double or twin classic room.
• Option 2: Stay in a Castle view room.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Vegetarian options are available.  Different dietary requirements can be catered for. Please advise hotel when booking. 
• Cocktail can be substituted for a non-alcoholic option
• On-site parking is available for a fee of £5 per hour or £15 per day; please discuss direct.
• Please note One Square restaurant and the leisure club including spa, pool and gym are currently closed.
• Max of 2 children permitted. 0-11yrs go free. 12+ require an extra bed for a supplement of £50 per night; payable direct. Cots can be provided, please discuss direct. Please note only 1 extra bed or cot can be accommodated per room. 
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
