Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 11 Jul 2020 until Wed 30 Sep 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 11am.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night and rooms upgraded for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Breakfast will be served following the current government guidelines.
• Picnic is an afternoon tea and includes cakes, scones and sandwiches. Vegetarian options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Can be taken in room or outwith hotel.
• Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• No children permitted.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per night plus a £10 deposit per stay; payable directly to hotel. Please note pet owners are responsible for their animals at all times and the hotel reserve the right to make a charge for any damage caused.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
