• Voucher is from Fri 8 July until Fri 30 Sept 2016, Fri-Mon; subject to availability.
• Excludes Tues-Thurs, 16 & 23 July, 6, 19, 20, 26, 27 Aug, 23 & 24 Sept 2016.  
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Sept 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• 1 voucher can be redeemed per member; multiple vouchers can be purchased as gifts.
• Check in 2pm, check out 11am. 
• Standard double/twin room available. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Children permitted; max of 1 child per room. Under 2 years old stay free of charge, aged 2-15 years old are additional £10, including breakfast.
• Children are not permitted in the bar area under any circumstances but are welcome in the restaurant. 
• Sorry, no pets permitted.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
