Small print

• Option 1 and 3 voucher (Nov – Dec) is valid from Mon 30 Oct 2017 until Tue 19 Dec 2017, Mon & Tue arrivals only; subject to availability.
• Option 2 and 4 voucher (Jan – Mar) is valid from Mon 8 Jan 2018 until Tue 27 Mar 2018, Mon & Tue arrivals only; subject to availability.
• Excludes Friday – Sunday.
• Advance booking required. Option 1 and 3 voucher must be booked by Thur 16 Nov 2017 and option 2 and 4 by Wed 31 Jan 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 31 days of your booking.  
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm – 6pm, check-out 10am; out with these times are by prior arrangement. 
• The Garden Cottage or Croit na Greine Cottage.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with Errichel House & Cottages.
• Free parking available.
• Includes linen, towels and electricity.
• Members must pay a fully refundable housekeeping deposit of £50 for Garden Cottage and £100 for Croit na Greine at time of booking.
• Additional single beds maybe available for a supplementary charge of £30 per bed please check for availability of extra beds when booking; payable directly to Errichel House & Cottages.
• Thyme at Errichel Restaurant is normally open from 6pm on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Meals out with these times can still be arranged with the hotel; discuss with management directly.
• Children are permitted and included in the overall headcount. Garden Cottage 2 adults and 2 children and Croit na Greine 8 people and 2 infants in cots.
• Max of 2 well behaved dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £35 per pet; payable directly to Errichel House & Cottages. Dogs must stay on a lead whilst out on the farm and in the gardens and grounds of Errichel.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
