• Voucher is valid from Mon 26 Apr 2021 until Mon 31 May 2021 and from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Mon 28 Feb 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 1 Jun - 31 Oct 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £15 per room is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Please note there is limited availability on the weekends.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 11 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in from 2pm, check-out by 10am.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a £30 supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2: Includes a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with soft drink.
• No children permitted.
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
