Small print

• 1 night stay: Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Thu 23 Dec 2021, 7 days.
• 2 night stay: Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Wed 22 Dec Dec 2021, 7 days.
• A supplementary charge of £15 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 1 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Bookings are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 10am.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: rooms with baths/balcony or a triple room with 2 showers - £10; payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2: Includes a bottle of Prosecco to be enjoyed with dinner or in your room. Alcohol cannot be replaced with soft drink.
• No children permitted.
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
