• Voucher is valid from 04 Jan 2016 until 31 Mar 2016, 7 days, 12 noon - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Reservations must be made by 17 Mar 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Bookings required 24 hours ahead of chosen date/time. 
• Group bookings are permitted but are subject to availability.
• Afternoon tea menu only. 
• Vegetarian and gluten free options available; please advise any dietary requirements at the time of booking. Please note that the signature DoubleTree Cookie contains nuts.
• Sparkling wine is Pigalle Brut.
• Sparkling wine/Bucks Fizz cocktail can be substituted for a soft drink; please note members must be 18+ and may be asked to provide valid ID.
• Wheelchair access.
• Children are permitted.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
