• Afternoon tea:
  Voucher is valid until Fri 29 Mar 2019, Mon – Fri 12noon – 5pm, Sat & Sun 3pm – 5pm; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Afternoon tea with tea or coffee.
• Menu can be viewed here; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat, dairy free and halal options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Children permitted when accompanied by an adult.
• Overnight stay:
  Voucher is valid until Fri 29 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £15 per room per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in from 3pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Luxury twin or king size room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a family suite for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 3 course dinner from the menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat, dairy free and halal options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking. Excludes seafood platter, guinea fowl, sirloin steak, cheese.
• Includes a continental breakfast; can be upgraded to a cooked breakfast for a supplementary charge of £9.95; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 2 children permitted; under 5s go free and ages 5 – 14 years require a  supplementary charge of £20 per child per night inc continental breakfast; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
