• Voucher is valid until 13 March 2016, valid on specific dates; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by 29 Feb 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Valid for Feb 6,10,14,16,23,24 and March 1,2,6,9,12,13.
• Sorry, multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Sorry, no pets allowed.
• Children welcome and included in the cabin capacity.
• Departing to Amsterdam: check in opens at 2.30pm and closes 4.15pm, boarding opens at 3pm and closes at 4.30pm, leaving at 5pm.
• Departing from Amsterdam: check in opens at 2.30pm and closes 4.45pm, boarding opens at 3.30pm and leaves at 5.30pm. 
• Departure times subject to change dependent on weather conditions. 
• Two berth inside cabin available. 
• Members can upgrade based on availability, best rates will be shown at the time of online booking. 
• Itison customers will be given an extra £10 per booking, to spend on board. 
• Parking available at the ferry and directly payable to Tyneside Authority.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Confirmed bookings cannot be amended or cancelled. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you fail to arrive on time for schedule sailing.
• Voucher and booking confirmation must be surrendered for redemption; please print your booking confirmation and voucher when arriving at port. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
