• Voucher is valid from Mon 19 Feb 2018 until Sat 28 Apr 2018, Mon, Tue & Sat 9am - 4.30pm, Wed & Thur 9am - 7pm and Fri 9am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 Apr 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Option 1 – 3: multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Option 4: multiple voucher purchases are not permitted.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.
• Option 1 and 2: over 14's only.
• Option 3 and 4: over 16's only.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 30mins.
• Option 2 duration: approx. 45mins.
• Option 3 duration: approx. 90mins – 2hrs; can last 6 – 8 weeks approx. A patch test is advised prior to your appointment; please discuss directly with salon.
• Option 4 duration: approx. 2hrs; can last up to 100 days approx.
• Excludes colour corrections.
• If toner is required a supplement of £10 will apply.
• If wishing to upgrade to a full head of highlights, a £20 supplement will apply; subject to availability; please discuss directly when booking,
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
