• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Excludes 24-26, 30-31 Dec 2021, 1-2 Jan and 24-27 Mar 2022.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 28 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon. 
• Standard double/twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a superior room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival.
• Max of 2 children permitted, 0- 2 yrs stay free of charge and 2-12yrs require a supplementary charge of £15pp inc breakfast; payable directly.
• Max of 1 pet permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly..
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
