You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Rooms can be upgraded to a Clyde View room for a supplementary charge of £20prpn; payable directly to hotel. Suite upgrades are also available, please discuss directly.

Leisure facilities are complimentary for all guests staying overnight. They are available from 3pm on the day of check-in until 11am on the day of check-out. If you wish to use the facilities outwith these times, a supplement of £10 per person per day will apply, payable directly to the hotel.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
