• 1 night stay: Voucher is valid from Fri 14 Jan 2022 until Mon 30 May 2022.
• Voucher is valid Fri - Tue until Thu 31 Mar 2022; excludes Wed - Thu. Voucher is valid 7 days from Fri 1 Apr 2022.
• 2 night stay: Voucher is valid from Fri 14 Jan 2022 until Mon 30 May 2022.
• Voucher is valid Fri - Mon until Thu 31 Mar 2022; excludes Tue - Thu. Voucher is valid 7 days from Fri 1 Apr 2022.
• All stays exclude 14 Feb and 15-18 Apr 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 4 Apr 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Bookings are subject to availability.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 2 vouchers. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard Loch or Garden view double/twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: superior - from £29 and suite - £35; payable directly.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• 1 night stay: Includes a bottle of red or white wine on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• No children permitted.
• Max of 1 dog permitted. Requires an upgrade to a dog friendly room from £30 a night; payable directly.
• Wheelchair access available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
