• Available for home delivery (P&P £4.99 per item) or in-store collection (free).
• Last order date for Christmas delivery is Wed 18 Dec 2019 and Fri 20 Dec 2019 for in-store collection; subject to change.
• Store opening times: Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm.
• Delivery may take up to 72 hours. Products are made to order it may take up to 48 hours to prepared for shipping, then 24 hour delivery to UK mainland; please note, deliveries to Aberdeen & Inverness will take 48 hours.
• UK mainland delivery only; deliveries cannot be made to Orkney and Islands. 
• Food is delivered chilled; refrigerate on day of receipt.

• If your order is incorrect or damaged, please call or email William Robertson & Sons Ltd and they will do their utmost to rectify the issue as quickly as possible.
• William Robertson and Sons Ltd reserve the right to inspect any goods reported as defective, provided that the goods are within the use by date. If the goods are found to be faulty, please refer to our refund policy.
