• Voucher is valid until Tue 31 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 Dec 2019 - 2 Jan and 13 - 27 Jan 2020.
• Please note limited availability on Fridays and Saturdays; book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 28 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Double classic rooms available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a twin, superior or balcony room for £50 per room per night; please discuss directly when booking.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Cream tea will be served on arrival at the Crinan coffee shop. Festive cream tea with mince pies will be served pre Christmas with a standard cream tea served post Christmas.
• Free parking available.
• Max of 1 child permitted; under 13yrs require a supplementary charge of £35 per night when sharing with adults, ages 13yrs and over are classed as adults and will require their own room and voucher.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
