• Jul - Aug stays: Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Jul 2020 until Sun 6 Sept 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 8 Aug. Voucher must be booked by Fri 7 Aug 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Sept - Jan stays: Voucher is valid from Mon 7 Sept 2020 until Thur 28 Jan 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 18 - 19 Sept, 5 - 7, 22 - 24 Oct, 30 Dec 2020 - 1 Jan 2021. Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 5pm, check-out 11am.
• Family chalet available with a master double or twin room and second room with single or twin bunk beds.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge of £100 for Jun - Aug stays and £75 for Sept - Jan stays; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes continental breakfast and a bucket of soft drinks on arrival.
• Max of 2 children 3-11 years permitted and included in overall headcount. Infants 0-3 can be accommodated in addition. Cots available for £10; payable directly. 
• Max of 2 pets are permitted free of charge.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
