Small print

• Voucher is valid until Mon 31 May 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £15 is required for Saturday stays and stays on 14 Feb 2021; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 17 May 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Standard double room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: twin - £10, family - £20, superior - £30, superior river view - £40; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes a bottle of house wine on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Option 3: Includes a 2 course dinner from set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available.
• Max of 2 children permitted and can be accommodated in a family room for a £20 per room per night supplement. Cots are free of charge. No breakfast / meals included  all paid for as taken direct with hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
