• Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Sat 19 Dec 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 30 Nov 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12.30pm.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a Suite for a supplementary charge of £25 per room per night; payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes a 2 course dinner from a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 2 night stay: Dinner is on the first night only.
• Includes a 125ml glass of fizz each on arrival; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 1 child permitted; under 2’s stay free and ages 2 – 12yrs require a supplementary charge of £10; payable directly to hotel. Over 12’s are classed as adults.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
