• Voucher is valid until 23rd Dec 2015, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Reservations must be made by 20th Nov 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Excludes – 10th, 16th, 17th, 22nd & 23rd Oct 2015
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted, max 2 per member.
• Check in 2.30pm; check out 11am
• Overnight stay will be in a Deluxe twin or double room.
• Upgrade to The No 1 Suite for an extra £5.00 per room per night.
• Includes a fresh cooked breakfast, tea, coffee and fruit juice from restaurant menu.
• Children aged 12 years and under can be accommodated in a deluxe room free of charge, all meals should be paid for as taken. Max 2 children per room.
• Sorry pets are not permitted
• Vouchers may be used for consecutive stays, max 2 vouchers. If extending stay please arrange with Banner's House at time of booking. 
• Wheelchair access to restaurant; sorry, not available to rooms.
• Free on street parking or paid parking at the nearby train station car park.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your reservation.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
