• Voucher is valid until Thu 30 Mar 2023, Sun - Thu; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fri, Sat and 16 Dec 2022 - 2 Jan 2023.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out TBCam.
• Stay in a Cosy double room.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a Delightful double or Heritage double room for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner options: Includes a 2 course dinner from a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian and vegan options available. Supplements apply to the following dishes: Starters - oysters & smoked salmon £3, prawns £4, Mains - peri peri chicken £2, lamb ragu and North sea cod £4, steak £19; payable direct. 2 night stay: dinner is on the first night only. 
• 2 night stays: Include a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 2 children permitted. An upgraded room is required and payable direct to the hotel. Please discuss with the hotel at booking. 
• Max of 1 well behaved dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £25 per night; payable directly to hotel. Dogs must always be accompanied and are not allowed within the Restaurant but welcome in the Bar and Reading Room.

• No wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
