Small print

• Voucher is valid from 18 Dec 2015 until 31 Mar 2016, 7 days, 9am - 4pm (dependent on daylight); subject to availability.
• At weekends the opening time may be slightly earlier depending on daylight.
• Excluded dates: 25 Dec 2015, 12 - 22 Feb 2016.
• Reservations must be made by 29 Feb 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• All bookings are weather dependent.
• Customers are advised to book early in the winter season to avoid disappointment.
• Members are advised to check the weather/snow conditions before travelling. Any questions, please speak directly to Nevis Range. 
• Lessons start at 10am and 1.30pm. 
• Experience lasts 2 days which can be taken any time throughout the winter season. Days do not need to be consecutive but can be if desired; subject to availability. 
• Package is for complete beginner's only.
• Package includes the following: Day 1 – Lift pass, equipment hire (skis, boots & poles or snowboard & boots) and 4 hours instruction - 2 hours in the morning (10am), 2 hours in the afternoon (1.30pm); Day 2 – Lift pass, equipment hire, 2 hours instruction (morning or afternoon). 
• Max 10 people per class. If only 1-2 people are booked in for the lesson you will receive equivalent instruction over a shorter period.
• Participants must attend lessons or their voucher will be forfeit (i.e. cannot just claim equipment hire and day pass).
• Participants should have a reasonable level of fitness and be in good health.
• Children must be aged 7+ for ski lessons and aged 9+ for snowboard lessons.
• Junior package is available up to 17 years of age.
• No upper age limit for adults.
• Full equipment hire is provided (skis/boards, boots & poles).
• Participants will need to be appropriately dressed, please see guide for the outdoors.
• Members can upgrade to an additional 2 hours of lessons on day 2 – please discuss with Nevis Range directly.
• Must book lessons and equipment hire a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
• Customers should make a note of their height, weight (for skiing only) and shoe size before booking.
• Participants will check-in to the Snowsports School on the day. Full details will be given at time of booking. 
• Participants must arrive at least 1 hour prior to their lesson as equipment hire can get very busy.
• Voucher is to be used across both days. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Validity depends heavily on weather and may be extended/reduced as necessary. Members will be contacted via email should validity change. In the event that the second day can not be used due to weather restrictions, a Nevis Range gift voucher will be issued and can be used the following season – part refunds cannot be issued. This Nevis Range voucher will only be made available where a booking was made before 29 February 2016 and the pre-booked day 2 could not be redeemed due to cancellation by Nevis Range, in that the resort was closed due to bad weather on the day that the pre-booked Day 2 was planned to be redeemed. The Nevis Range voucher will only be valid during January 2017 and can only be redeemed by the individual who redeemed Day 1.

• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
