Small print

• Voucher is valid until Thur 31 Oct 2019; 7 days, 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 15 Oct 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Same day bookings may be available but are not guaranteed; subject to availability.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Please note under 16s must be supervised by an adult for kayak and tandem/bicycle hire.
• Option 1: All day hire of a tandem or two bicycles including helmets and baskets -
• - Under 16s must be supervised by an adult.
• - Hire duration: all day (up to 8 hours).
• - Helmets are provided.
• - Child seats can be included at no additional charge, max weight 22kgs; please discuss when booking.
• Option 2: 2 hour kayak hire for two
• - Members must be able to swim to use kayaks.
• - Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Must be aged 12+ for own kayak.
• - Hire duration: 2 hours.
• - Life jackets are provided and must be worn at all times.
• - Option of 2 x single kayaks or 1 x double kayak; subject to availability.
• - Casual, comfortable clothes to be worn when kayaking.
• Waiver must be completed before taking part in any activity; an adult must complete one for anyone under the age of 16.
• Max of 6 people per group/activity.
• Members must be relatively fit and healthy to participate in all activities. Please consult a doctor before if you have a serious medical condition; please discuss directly.
• Charges will apply if any equipment is damaged.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
