Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thur 3 Jan 2019 until Sat 30 Mar 2019, Mon 9am - 5pm, Tue 11am - 8pm, Wed 9am - 8pm, Thur 11am - 8pm and Sat 9am - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fridays, Sundays, 14, 16 Feb 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Suitable for ages 16+.
• Option 1 and 2 duration: approx. 1hr.
• Option 3 duration: approx. 1hr 15mins.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Option 1 is suitable during pregnancy / breastfeeding and is suitable for cancer sufferers / those in remission/
• Option 2 and 3 is not suitable for the first 12 weeks of pregnancy and is not suitable for cancer sufferers / those in remission.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
