Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 17 Oct 2020 until Sun 4 Apr 2021 and Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Mon 28 Feb 2022, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 23 - 31 Dec 2021 and 1 - 3 Jan 2022.
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 19 Mar 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.
• Barrel Pod with 1 x double bed and 2 x single beds with roll out mattress.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Linen, hand towels and tea towels included. Bath towels are available for £5 per towel per stay.
• Includes access for one night to the wood fired pizza oven, including 4 x homemade pizza dough balls and tomato sugo only.
• Children are permitted and included in the head count; please keep children supervised on site at all times for safety.
• Travel cots will not fit into Barrel Pod.
• Max of 2 well-behaved dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £5 per dog per night; payable directly. Please bring bedding and keep on a lead at all times.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
