Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission.

Options 1 & 2: Ishga treatments duration: approx. 25 minutes. Hopi ear candle, gel application, HD brows and spa manicure duration: approx. 30 minutes.

Option 3: Duration approx. 1 hour 20 minutes.

Option 4: Duration approx. 1 hour 50 minutes. 

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Social distancing is in place in all areas of Signature Spa.

Guests are reminded to wear face coverings during all treatments and throughout their visit to Signature Spa.

All staff have undergone extensive COVID-19 training and will be wearing full PPE, inclusive of face coverings, face visors, gloves and aprons.

COVID-19 adapted practices and thorough cleaning measures will be undertaken throughout the day, particularly in between client bookings to ensure absolute peace of mind throughout your visit.

Some treatments have been temporarily modified or removed in line with Government guidelines.

Hand sanitiser is provided at every entrance as well as in every room and a hand washing station within the spa for ease of use.

Some facilities may be temporarily closed or have restrictions in place, in line with Government guidelines.

The use of digital and contactless consultation forms, brochures and treatment lists are now in place.

Only contactless and card payments will be accepted at Signature Spa for the time being.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
