• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 May 2022 until Thu 30 Jun 2022, Tue - Fri 12noon - 8.30pm and Sat - Sun 10am - 8.30pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mondays.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Jun 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Please note bookings cannot be made prior to 25 Apr 2022. Bookings will only be accepted for dates within the stated validity. Bookings made outwith this will not be accepted.
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Duration approx. 90 mins; briefing: 30 mins & game experience: 60 mins.
• Suitable for ages 8+; under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. Frankenstein room is not suitable for ages under 12.
• Option 1: Up to 4 additional people can be added on at additional cost.
• Option 2: Up to 2 additional people can be added on at additional cost.
• Option 3: Max of 6 people permitted.
• Please note Dark Arts is available for minimum 3 people and Frankenstein is available for a minimum of 4 people.
• Advance booking required.
• Wheelchair access available; please note V75 game is not wheelchair accessible.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
