• Voucher is valid from Sun 2 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 4-5 & 25-26 Feb 2022.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday stays and £40 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 17 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12.30pm.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Please note due to social distancing rules breakfast will be served in a picnic breakfast basket to your room between 7.30am – 10am on weekdays and 8am to 11am on weekends.
• Includes afternoon tea served in the guest lounge - reservation made at time of booking.
• Includes bottle of wine on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max 1 child permitted per room. Babies (classed as aged under 2) stay free with cots provided, children up to 14 years require a supplementary charge of £20 per child including breakfast; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
