• Voucher is valid from Sun 9 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 18 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 4pm, late check-out 11am.
• Executive double or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 2 children permitted. Children are classed as ages 11 and under and require a supplementary charge of £15 for an extra bed inc breakfast; payable directly.
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
