• £10 supplement pp for Sat & Sun appointments, please discuss and pay direct to Carlton Hotel.
• Excludes: 23rd Dec 2015 – 2nd Jan 2016.
• Vouchers must be booked by 17th Mar 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16's only. 
• Consultation time is included in the overall treatment time 
• Treatments are suitable for those who are currently pregnant, breastfeeding, suffering from cancer and those in remission. Please discuss any further health queries with Carlton Hotel direct. 
• Group bookings can be accommodated, max of 6 per group; subject to availability. Please discuss with Carlton Hotel at time of booking. 
• Members will have access to indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room, spa pool and fitness suite. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
