• Voucher is valid until Thurs 29th Oct 2015, Sun-Thurs 12pm, 3:30pm and 7pm, subject to availability.
• Reservations must be made by 8th Oct or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Room required back after 3 hours.
• Vegetarian, gluten and wheat-free alternatives available; please discuss at time of booking. Gluten/wheat-free and vegetarian alternatives may require a supplementary charge.
• Afternoon tea is the Classic Afternoon Tea.
• Cocktail teapot may be substituted for a soft drink.
• Champagne available as an alternative to fizz, supplement applies.
• Mad Hatter host available for supplementary charge.
• Wheelchair accessible.
• Sorry, children not permitted.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted however only 1 voucher can be redeemed per group.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
