Voucher is valid Sat 1 June until Sat 31 Aug 2019; valid 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 1, 7 - 9 & 18 Jun; 13 Jul; 23 - 25 Aug 2019.

Limited Saturday availability in May, please book early to avoid disappointment.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Aug 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

A fully refundable pre-authorisation security deposit of £50 is required; taken directly by the hotel on arrival from debit or credit card.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.

Double or twin standard room available.

Option 1 includes buffet breakfast and a beer each; choose a beer from the bottled beers list. Alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.

Option 2 includes buffet breakfast and 2 course dinner each consisting of any lite bite and main. Menu can be viewed here; subject to change. 

Vegetarian options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. No gluten / wheat free options.

Max of 1 child under 13 years free of charge (subject to availability depending on room type). Breakfast included; all other meals charged as taken.

No pets permitted.

The hotel offers a discounted parking rate with Euro Car park on Pritchard Street. Please discuss rates directly with the hotel at time of booking.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
