Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Fri 30 Sep 2022, 7 days 9am – 5pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• A supplementary charge of £40 is required for Saturday and Sunday tours; payable directly. 
• Excludes 19 Dec 2021 - 14 Mar 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 31 Aug 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• Bookings can be rearranged for a £40 fee. Bookings cancelled within 72 hours will void your voucher. If tour is cancelled due to bad weather, a new date will be arranged.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 12+. 
• Option 1 duration: approx. 1hr. Option 2 and 3 duration: approx. 1hr 10mins.
• Max of 2 people per tour.
• Max weight; 19 stone per person, max height; 6ft 9in.
• Warm and waterproof clothing required.
• Meeting place will be confirmed at time of booking.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
