• Voucher is valid until Wed 29 Dec 2021, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Excludes 7, 13 and 20 Nov 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £25 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 3 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Stay in a queen double or cabin twin room.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: superior double - £20, family room - £30, suite - £60; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 2 children permitted including breakfast in an upgraded family room for a supplementary charge of £30prpn; payable direct. Cots can be requested free of charge.
• Max of 1 pet permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per stay; payable directly to hotel.
• Breakfast in a bag included, delivered to your room. Choice of all day breakfast, or mozzarella & sunblazed tomato panini, or porridge. Plus yoghurt, fruit and a choice of juice.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
