• Voucher is valid from Mon 18 Nov 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, valid Nov - Dec, Mon – Thur and Jan – Mar, Mon - Fri; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays - Sundays and Fridays in November / December and 22, 29 Nov, 6, 13, 20 - 31 Dec 2019, 1 - 3 Jan 2020 and 13-17 Feb 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Superior double or twin room available.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco to share in room; alcohol cannot be substituted for a soft drink.
• Option 2 and 3 include afternoon tea on arrival served between 2pm - 5pm; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian options are available.
• Option 3 includes 18 holes round of golf on the Lee Westwood Filly course.
• Stay can be extended for a supplementary charge; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Free onsite parking available.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
