Small print

• 4 people stay: Voucher is valid from Wed 5 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, valid 7 days.
• 6 people stay: Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, valid 7 days.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 17 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Bookings are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Once booked with Dalnaglar Castle Estate, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.
• Wester Caiplich sleeps up to 4 and has a mix of double and twin rooms.
• Easter Caiplich, Keepers and Dalnaglar Cottage sleeps up to 6 and has a mix of double and twin rooms. Please note Dalnaglar Cottage and Easter Caiplich have one single room and a fold away bed. Keepers cottage can be made into either six single beds or two doubles and a twin.
• All cottages have 2 shower rooms, private hot tub, kitchen facilities, central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• A security deposit of £100 is required; payable directly upon check-in and will be refunded upon check-out. Please discuss directly. 
• Children permitted and included in the overall headcount.
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £25 per dog per stay; payable directly. Dogs are only permitted in Wester Caiplich & Easter Caiplich.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
