• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 24-25, 30-31 Dec 2021 and 1 Jan 2022.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 28 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 2pm.
• Standard king or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner option: includes a 3 course dinner from a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Includes car parking during your stay and breakfast each morning.
• Children are permitted when included in the overall headcount.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
