• Voucher is valid until Sun 16 Jul 2017,  Sun – Thur; subject to availability.
• Please note limited availability in July.
• Excludes Fridays and Saturdays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Jun 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.  
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out by 11am.  
• Valid for a standard double room.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 and 3 include a 2 course dinner; menu can be viewed here and is subject to change. Option 3 dinner is on one night only. A supplement of £5 per main course or £1.50 for starter or dessert is chargeable for all non-inclusive items. Steak supplements are £7.50 for flat iron steak and £9.50 for sirloin steak; payable directly to hotel.

• Free parking available.
• Children welcome. Max 2 children per room. Babies aged up to 1 years can stay free of charge.
• Option 1: Supplement of £5 per child 2-11 years per night, supplement of £10 per child 12-16 years, includes breakfast.

Option 2: Supplement of £15 per child 2-11 years per night, includes breakfast and evening meal from children's menu. Supplement of £30 per child 12-16 years, includes breakfast and 2 course dinner.

Option 3: Supplement of £10 per child 2-11 years per night, includes breakfast and one evening meal from children's menu. Supplement of £20 per child 12-16 years, includes breakfast and 2 course dinner on one night.

Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £10; payable directly to hotel.

• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
