• Voucher is valid until Mon 30 Nov 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 19 Aug and 31 Oct 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Nov 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 2pm.
• Classic double or twin room.
• Rooms can be upgraded to an Executive room for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge, subject to availability; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2: Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival. Alcohol cannot be substituted for soft drinks.
• Parking available.
• Max 2 children under 12 permitted; under 4’s stay free when sharing with adults; ages 5-12 years require a supplementary charge of £10 per night inc breakfast. Family room upgrade required for 2 children for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £10; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
