• Voucher is valid from Wed 30 Oct 2019 until Fri 28 Feb 2020, Wed, Fri & Sat 10am - 5pm and Thur 10am - 8pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sun - Tue and 16 Dec 2019 - 7 Jan 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 7 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Treatment duration:  approx. between 1 hr and 1hr 15 mins depending on hairstyle.
• Deal is valid with stylist Vivienne only.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
