Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 3 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 2 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Dalmnuzie double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a four poster room for a supplementary charge of £25 per room per night payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes a 3 course dinner. Menu can be viewed here; subject to change. Supplement are as per the menu and should be paid directly to the hotel. Vegetarian, gluten/wheat and dairy free options are available, please advise hotel when booking. Tables are required back within 2 hours.
• Max of 1 child permitted. Children are classed as ages 0-12yrs. Under 5's go free. A supplementary charge of £30 is required for ages 5-12yrs. All meals are charged as taken.
• In special circumstances 1 well-behaved dog may be allowed at a supplement of £10 per day. Please be aware that Dalmunzie Castle Hotel is in a farming and hunting area. Your dog must be leashed and under control at all times. The hotel does not accept any responsibility or liability for your pets.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
