• Voucher is valid from Wed 9 Jan 2019 until Sat 16 Mar 2019, Tue 10am - 5.30pm, Wed 10am - 6.30pm, Thur 12noon - 8pm, Fri 10am - 6.30pm and Sat 9am - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays and Mondays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 22 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases are not permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 1hr 15mins.
• Option 2 duration: approx. 2hrs 30mins.
• Valid for stylists Natalie and Jamie only; can be upgraded to Brogan £12.50 or salon director Debbie £20 (not valid for Neil); please discuss directly with salon.
• Patch test required for colour treatment at least 48 hours in advance; please discuss with salon at time of booking.
• T-Bar highlights with cut plus blow dry can be upgraded for a supplementary charge: toner £10, colour gloss on ends £10, half head £17 or full head £25; payable directly to salon. Please state at the time of booking as additional time will be required. Colour regrowth consists of one permanent regrowth colour as root application.
• Please note vouchers are not valid for a re-style or colour correction.
• Wheelchair access available from the Galleria entrance only.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
