• Voucher is valid until Sun 7 Feb 2016, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Exclusion dates: 25, 30, 31 Dec 2015 & 1 Jan 2016.
• £10 per room supplement for Sat night stays.
• Reservations must be made by 24 Jan 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Dinner is on one evening throughout your stay and consists of 3 courses to be chosen from the table d'hôte menu. Menu listed is a sample and changes daily.
• Max 2 children permitted. An upgrade to a deluxe room is required for a supplement of £30 prpn.
• Check in: 3pm, check out: 11am. 
• Free onsite parking. 
• Room is a classic standard double or twin. 
• Upgrade your room for an additional charge as follows: £10 per room per night for a river view, £30 per room per night for a deluxe room, £40 per room per night for a deluxe river view and £50 per room per night for a suite.
• Additional nights can be purchased at full rate - please speak directly to hotel when booking.
• Sorry, no pets allowed.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
