• Voucher is valid until Sun 25 Jun 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £15 is required per night for Fri – Sat night, bank holiday stays and until 17 Apr 2017.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 3 Jun 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am; early check-in or late check-out is 1pm. 
• Standard king size sea view snugs available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a sea view snug with private hot tub for a supplementary charge of £50 for initial night, and £20 for each subsequent night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Please note breakfast is not included; meals are available at the Basecamp Cafe on site.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Max of 2 children permitted; additional trundle beds can be provided for a supplementary charge of £20 per child; payable directly to hotel. Please note cots are not provided; members can bring their own at no additional charge.
• Max of 2 medium sized dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per dog including dog bed and water bowl; payable directly to hotel.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
