• Overnight stay voucher is valid until Sun 31 Mar 2019, Sun – Fri; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays. A supplementary charge of £25 per room per night is required for Friday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• 2 and 3 night stay voucher is valid until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability. A supplementary charge of £25 per room per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• All options exclude 1,2,8,9 14 – 16 Feb and 8, 9 Mar 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Non-refundable or transferrable once booked with hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 2pm.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Please note voucher is valid for room only; breakfast is not included. Stay can be upgraded to include breakfast, wine or champagne and chocolates for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Parking is available for a charge of £10 for 24 hours and available on a first come, first serve basis; payable directly to hotel.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available in double rooms only.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
