• Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Wed 30 Jun 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 Dec 2020 - 25 Apr 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £10 per room per night is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 18 Jun 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Telephone bookings only. Please note that the booking line charge is 11p per minute plus any additional charges that may be added by your landline / mobile phone operator.
• Booking is non changeable or refundable once booked with the hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Executive double or king room available.
• Continental breakfast is currently delivered in a take away bag to your room due to Covid-19.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 1 child permitted, ages 0 - 12 stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding. Cots are available. Please discuss directly with hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
