• Voucher is valid until 31st July 2015, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Vouchers must be booked by 10th July or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Excludes 22nd & 30th May, 3rd, 4th, 11th, 15th-18th and 25th July 2015.
• Multiple purchases not permitted.
• £20 supplement for Fri/Sat stays. Please pay directly to the hotel.
• Check in 12pm, check out 10am.
• Wheelchair access.
• Standard twin/double rooms available. Superior rooms may be available at no additional charge, please discuss with The Elgin Hotel at time of booking. 
• Max 2 pets allowed in allocated rooms, free of charge. Please advise at time of booking.
• Max 2 children. Children 0-3 stay free, 3-13 incur a £10pp supplement including breakfast, 13+ incur a £15pp supplement including breakfast. Does not include dinner. 
• Free onsite parking available. 
• Dinner is two-courses from the table d'hote menu. A sample can be viewed online. Max 2 vouchers per table.
• Vegetarian and wheat/gluten free alternatives available, please advise when ordering.
• One voucher can be redeemed per couple; multiple vouchers can be purchased as gifts.
• Sorry, multiple vouchers cannot be used for consecutive night stays however stays may be extended for an additional charge. Please discuss with The Elgin Hotel at time of booking. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your stay.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
