• Voucher is valid until Wed 30 Nov 2022, Mon - Tue 10am - 3pm, Wed- Fri 10am - 7pm and Sat 9am - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 8 Nov 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. 
• Gel manicure / pedicure: treatment duration approx. 45 / 90 mins. Treatment lasts: approx. 14 days depending on lifestyle and maintenance. 
• Swedish massage: treatment duration approx. 30 / 60 mins.
• Please note Swedish massage is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• Dermaplaning:  treatment duration approx. 60 mins.
• Lash lift and tint plus brow shaping and wax: treatment duration approx. 90 mins.
• Patch test required. at least 48 hours in advance. Please discuss directly with the salon.
• General:
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatments are not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon / spa. 
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
