You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. 

Gel manicure / pedicure: treatment duration approx. 45 / 90 mins. Treatment lasts: approx. 14 days depending on lifestyle and maintenance. 

Swedish massage: treatment duration approx. 30 / 60 mins.

Please note Swedish massage is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.

Dermaplaning:  treatment duration approx. 60 mins.

Lash lift and tint plus brow shaping and wax: treatment duration approx. 90 mins.

Patch test required. at least 48 hours in advance. Please discuss directly with the salon.

General:

Over 16s only. 

Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.

Treatments are not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 

Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon / spa. 

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
