• Voucher is valid until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £30 per room is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 5 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only; telephone bookings will not be accepted.
• Credit card details are required for booking, however will not be charged at this time.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.   
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Standard rooms available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: double double, family or king room £30 per night, special occasion £50 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes dram of whisky on arrival.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes bottle of Prosecco.
• Options 2 & 3 include 3 course dinner; option 3 is on first night only. Set menu only; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Free parking available on-site; first come first served basis.
• Children permitted; max 3 per room; subject to availability. Ages 15yrs and younger are additional £30 per child including breakfast; all additional meals paid for as taken; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
