Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Mon 31 May 2021, valid Tue - Sat; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sun - Mon, 24 - 26, 31 Dec 2020 and 1-31 Jan 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 3 May 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Telephone bookings only, online bookings not permitted and will not be accepted.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Deluxe double room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel. 
• Options 2 & 3: Include a 2 course dinner from á la carte menu; subject to change. A supplementary charge is required for the following: seafood - £5, steak - £8; payable directly to restaurant. Max of 3 vouchers per table. Table may be required back after 2hrs. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. 
• Max of 2 children permitted under the age of 14 requiring an upgrade to a family room for a supplementary charge of £20; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted. 
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
