• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Nov 2020 until Sat 15 May 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 Nov 2020 - 10 Jan 2021, 13 - 15 Feb and 2 - 5 Apr 2021.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 3 May 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to an executive room for a supplementary charge of £10 per room per night; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes 2 course dinner choosing starter & main only. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Option 3: Dinner is for the first night only.
• Includes a bottle of house red or white wine on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 1 child permitted for a supplementary charge of £15prpn to upgrade to a family room; please discuss directly with hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
